Trademark Consulting and Search:

It normally takes about half an hour for completing a trademark search. Once all the application documents are ready and the fees are paid, a trademark application for registration can be filed immediately. Then an Acceptance Notice will be issued by the Trademark Office in about two months if these documents compliance with the requirements. A mark shall be published for three months if it is approved preliminarily by the Trademark Office. Finally, it indicates that it has been registered successfully if nobody files an opposition within these three months.
