Opposition
Article 30 of the PRC Trademark Law provides that: “Any person may, within three months from the date of the publication, file an opposition against the trademark that has, after examination, been preliminarily approved. If no opposition has been filed after the expiration of the time limit from the publication, the registration shall be approved, a certificate of trademark registration shall be issued and the trademark shall be published”.
Review
Any party may file an application for review to the Trademark Appeal Board when it disagrees with refusal decisions of the Trademark Office.
Revocation
Trademark Revocation refers to a process of eliminating all the rights of a trademark in accordance with the PRC Trademark Law and relevant regulations.
